As a Datacenter Technician at ZT systems, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the data center infrastructure, providing 1st and 2nd level support to customers, and implementing security and DDoS protection measures. I have been working in this role since December 2022, and I have successfully handled multiple challenging tasks and projects, such as migrating servers, upgrading hardware, and troubleshooting network issues. I have a strong passion and interest in technology, especially computer science, which motivated me to pursue a degree in Information Technology from Aristotle, graduating in 2018. During my studies, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in various areas, such as Azure Active Directory, server administration, hardware, and cloud computing. I also started my own business as a self-employed Systems Administrator in 2014, where I offered Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting and managed gaming servers for numerous clients, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for their online applications and websites. One of my proudest achievements was hosting and managing my own gaming servers, which attracted a community of over 500 daily players. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my professional skills, which is why I obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in August 2023.
